An Ontario Amber Alert has been issued for an 8-year-old boy who was last seen in Thunder Bay.
Emerson Poulin is described as being white, about four-feet tall, weighing 68 pounds, and has brown hair.

Thunder Bay police said it’s believed Emerson is with 28-year-old Christopher Poulin.
The suspect is described as being white with shoulder-length blonde hair, 5’11”, and weighing approximately 190 lbs. Police said he sometimes wears his hair in a ponytail.
Police said the two were last seen on May 15 at around 11 p.m. in the City of Thunder Bay and could be heading toward Prince Albert, Sask.
No other details, including a vehicle description, have been released at this time.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the 28-year-old for the following charges:
– Fail to Provide Necessities of Life
– Abduction
– Unlawful Confinement
– Breach of Release
