Bruce County’s Transportation & Environmental Services department has announced a series of maintenance projects for spring and summer.
This includes line painting, road construction, culvert replacement, and roadside mowing and maintenance.
Drivers are urged to drive carefully and be patient as road workers and contractors complete the work. It is essential to obey all signage and warning signs, particularly with regards to line painting. The County’s line painting contractor will operate from mid-May to mid-June, and drivers should avoid crossing wet paint lines.
During line painting, warning trucks will be present to provide sufficient drying space, and drivers must follow notification signage to avoid paint damage.
Bruce County says that it will not assume responsibility for any paint damage claims from motorists.
