London police have shared new surveillance footage of a vehicle believed to be involved in a hit and run collision that claimed the life of 29-year-old Jibin Benoy.
The incident happened on September 18, 2022. Around 4:40 am., Benoy was on his way home from a shift at a King Street restaurant when he was struck by a car near Hamilton Road and Little Grey Street. The victim was rushed to hospital and later succumbed to his injuries.
Since that day, London police have been investigating the crash and trying to locate a suspect vehicle. The car involved in the collision has been described as a blue two-door sedan with a loud exhaust system. Police said the vehicle was damaged on the front passenger side of the bumper and windshield. It was seen driving down Richmond Street not long before the crash.
Now, police have revealed that there were three or four people inside the suspect car at the time of the incident. Still nobody has come forward with information.
