Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) shut down a stretch of Wonderland Road on Sunday night after responding to a two-vehicle collision between London and St. Thomas.
The crash happened on Wonderland Road between Shorelea Line and Ferguson Line around 5:40 p.m., according to police. Both vehicles were occupied by one person and both were reportedly transported to hospital. The extent of their injuries is unknown at this time.
Police say the road will remain closed while officers investigate the scene.
A constable with the Elgin County OPP uploaded a video to Twitter providing details about the collision:

“The roads are icy and slick. We’ve been out all day with vehicles going in the ditch or other collisions so please take your time and get where you’re going safe,” he said.
