A break and enter theft from a work truck in Listowel is being looked into by local police.

Perth County OPP responded to a reported break and enter on December 23 just before 8:30 a.m. at an address on Hamilton Court in Listowel. Police determined that sometime the night prior, unknown suspects forced their way into a work truck at the residence and stole numerous items, including a generator. The total value of the stolen goods is $5,000.
