A 38-year-old man is facing charges after a raid by London police turned up half a dozen airsoft guns and more than $23,000 worth of cocaine and fentanyl.
Officers with the guns and gangs section, emergency response unit, and canine unit searched a home on Queens Avenue last Thursday. Police seized four airsoft rifles, two airsoft handguns, 31 grams of cocaine, 81 grams of fentanyl, three cell phones, a digital scale, and $935 in cash.
The total value of the drugs seized is estimated at $23,350, police said.
A London man was arrested in connection with the investigation. He has since been charged with two counts of possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.
He is scheduled to appear in London court in relation to the charges on December 23.
