Investigators with the Toronto Police Service requested an Amber Alert for a two-year-old girl Wednesday evening.
The alert was issued at around 7:42 p.m., for Alicia Choy. She is described as Black, with black hair, around 2’6″ and 35 lbs.
Police have also identified the suspect in the case as her father, 41-year-old Logan Choy. He is described as Black, around 5’3″, with a slim build, short black hair, no teeth, and grey/black beard. He was wearing a black jacket, multi-coloured sweater, blue jeans and orange backpack. Police say he also had a black stroller.
Officers say Alicia was taken by her father from 482 Keele Street at around 4 p.m.
No vehicle identification is available at this time.
If either is seen, call 911.
