Driver killed in single-vehicle crash in Norfolk County

A single-vehicle rollover near Port Dover claimed the life of one person on Monday.

Norfolk OPP were called to Concession 2 in Woodhouse around 7:15 a.m.

Police determined a commercial vehicle was heading west when the vehicle left the road and rolled, ejecting the driver. That individual suffered serious life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The name and age of the driver are being withheld until family are notified.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

The Ministry of Labour has been notified of the incident, OPP said.
