For a third straight day, search and rescue crews combed the riverbanks south of Mitchell for a missing 10-year old girl.
On Tuesday, the search was suspended again due to darkness.
A command post was set up on Perth Road 160, south of Highway 8.
An OPP helicopter flew over parts of the river and moved south past Perth Line 26, as the search moved closer to Fullarton.
On Wednesday, firefighters from stations in North Perth and Milverton will be assisting with the search.
The 10-year old was first reported missing Sunday morning.
