The London Fire Department (LFD) alongside police and paramedic services has responded to a motor vehicle crash at Oxford Street West and Proudfoot Lane.
LFD reported on Twitter that heavy rescue was required to extricate someone from the collision.

The heavy rescue vehicles have since returned to the station, though a fire engine remains on the scene to assist with patient care and safety.
