Martha was predeceased by her mother Magdalena Entz; her brothers Peter and Lawrence Entz; her nephew Phillip Entz; her father-in-law Bernhard Hack and mother-in-law, Roselinde Hack.
Martha was a loving mother, wife and dedicated homemaker. She was known for her excellent green thumb and creative spirit – most notably observed in her handmade arts and crafts, vibrant gardens and delicious baking. She loved to sing, daily walks with her beloved dog Mia, and her many seasonal traditions but, above all, Martha loved God and her family. She will always be held close in our hearts. We are all better for having been loved by her. Rest in peace, beautiful one.
A special thank you to Dr. Murray and the wonderful nurses and medical staff of Kincardine Hospital and Home and Community Care, who kindly cared for our loved one.
Her funeral took place at Chalmers Community Church at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2023.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation, the Society for Biodynamic Farming and Gardening in Ontario, or the Chalmers Church Mission Fund appreciated as an expression of sympathy.
Cremation followed the funeral service.
