St. Regis Mohawk Tribe gets $1.5 million in grant funds from EPA

The US. EPA selected the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe and the Seneca Nation of Indians to receive a total of almost $2 million in Solid Waste for Recycling Grants. These grants will expand recycling infrastructure and education for waste management systems across both nations, complement an existing capital investment project, and directly benefit communities along the St. Lawrence River.
