Bruce Telecom sale approved by council

The sale of a local telecommunications company, Bruce Telecom, was announced last week by the
Municipality of Kincardine, which accepted an offer from Windsor Private Capital to purchase all shares
in Bruce Telecom Holdings Inc. The all-cash transaction is valued at $32,650,000, less disbursements
