I live downtown London and I absolutely love it. I moved downtown from the safe suburbs in Meadowgate in south London. In my eight years there, I saw lots of homeless people on the islands on the roads, in White Oaks Mall, in the strip malls and yet letter writers seem to think the only place these folks are is downtown.
