Man faces charges following assault investigation in Saugeen First Nation

A man from Saugeen First Nation is facing charges after an assault investigation.

Grey Bruce OPP responded to a call on French Bay Road, just before 10 p.m. on April 25.

Police spoke to the victim and after searching the area, a suspect was located in a nearby home.

A 25-year old man was arrested without incident and charged with assault.

He has since been released and awaits a court date.
