Michigan, Illinois propose $114M toward invasive carp fortifications

The governors of Michigan and Illinois are proposing to jointly pay $114 million toward an infrastructure project that would stop invasive silver and bighead carp from moving into the Great Lakes via Chicagoland waterways.
