Cyclist wanted for ‘indecent act’ in Aylmer

Police in Aylmer are looking for a man who followed another man home before allegedly committing an indecent act.

According to police, a man was walking in the area of Talbot Street West and Centre Street around 7:30 p.m. last Wednesday when he noticed a man on a bicycle following him. The man changed up his route in an effort to get away from the cyclist, but the bike remained behind him.

The man arrived home, at which time the cyclist proceeded to commit an indecent act, police said. The man told the cyclist to leave and the biker pedaled away.

Police are now searching for a man described as Caucasian, in his late 30s to early 40s, approximately 5’9″- 5’10” with a medium build, and no facial hair. He was wearing a dirty navy blue ball cap with red writing on the front, a jacket with orange reflective marks and was riding a “silvery red” bike with a headlight.
