Community meal to be held on Christmas Day

This year marks the seventh year for the annual Christmas Day community meal.  For the past two years, only takeout meals were offered. But this year, only in-person meals are available in order to promote the original intent – to bring people together to create a community gathering and fellowship.

The meal will be held on Christmas Day (Sunday, Dec. 25) beginning at 1 p.m. in the parish hall of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, located on Russell Street.

This is an open invitation to individuals, couples, families or even visitors, who may not be spending time with family or friends. They can join us for this turkey dinner celebration. There will be a freewill donation at the door.  If you have any questions or to reserve your spot, please call Sam Finnie at 519-396-2001.  All are welcome.
