DONNA CASSIDY

It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Donna Cassidy, with family at her side, in Cambridge in the early morning of Sunday, July 17, 2022, in her 89th year.
Beloved wife of the late Donald “Don” Cassidy (2007).
Predeceased by her brothers Dale Robertson and Norman Robertson, sisters-in-law Barb Finnie and Lauretta Robertson, parents Laurena and Ralph Robertson and niece Debbie Robertson.
Survived by her daughter Kathy Bryans (Blake), son Kenneth Cassidy (Wai Ching Cheng), sisters-in-law Ileen Hamilton and Velma Chadbourne, grandchildren Dale Bryans (Andrea), Sean Bryans (Melissa) and Andrea Dahl (Curtis), five great-grandchildren: Ethan, Aidan, Chloey, Liam and Callen, and several nieces and nephews.
She is fondly remembered by her extended family in the Kincardine area and will be missed by her coffee ladies and close friends throughout the community.
Donna lived in the Kincardine area her entire life and was an active and respected member of the community and a member of the Red Hat Society.
Visitation was held from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, July 24, 2022 at the Davey- Linklater Funeral Home in Kincardine, from where the funeral service was conducted at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, July 25, 2022, with Rev. Gord Dunbar officiating.
Donna was laid to rest beside her husband in the Kincardine Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society appreciated as expression of sympathy.
