GEORGE HYDE
George Barrie Hyde passed away peacefully at his home in Walkerton on Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2022, at the age of 70.
Cherished son of the late Robert and Isabel (née Coward) Hyde.
Sadly missed by his sisters, Emilee Shaw (Bob) and Patricia Julian.
Lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews, who are gratefully recalling many fun days on the farm, snowmobiling, fishing and swimming with their Uncle George.
Predeceased by his brother Robert Hyde Jr.
A graveside service to honour George’s life will take place at Purdy Cemetery in the spring. Details will be published when finalized.
As an expression of sympathy, donations may be sent to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in George’s memory.
