Gateway Centre of Excellence in Rural Health continuing vaccine confidence sessions

The Gateway Centre of Excellence in Rural Health in Goderich is continuing with its ongoing COVID-19 vaccine confidence sessions.

The sessions began as a way for vaccinated members of the local area to connect with unvaccinated residents and have a conversation on the benefits of the COVID-19 vaccines in a judgement free space. Three more sessions will be offered in December for people to sign up for, on December 7th, 16th and 20th. Anyone interested in attending can sign up at http://reachingrural.eventbrite.ca. There are also drop-in sessions at the Gateway Centre in Goderich Monday-Friday from 9-10 a.m. for people to ask questions and have a discussion this month.

With the recent approval of vaccines for children aged 5-11, the Gateway Centre is hoping to “provide resources so that parents can make an informed decision for their families.”
