Kincardine supporting local groups

The Municipality of Kincardine is now accepting applications for Community Investment Grants. Local, non-profit organizations can apply for funding for projects which will have a “positive impact” on the quality of life in the community in 2022.

Grant funds may be for any project that supports, promotes, educates, or preserves four specific streams:

1. Arts, Culture, Heritage Projects
2. Sports, Recreational Projects
3. Social, Health, Environmental Projects
4. Tourism Projects

In 2021, the Community Investment Grant provided nearly $60,000 for projects across the Municipality, including those undertaken by the Tiverton Agricultural Society, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kincardine & District, and the Women’s House Serving Bruce and Grey.

More information is available at kincardine.ca/communityinvestmentgrant.

Applications will be accepted until November 30.
