Hydro One continues to respond to power outages scattered across Midwestern Ontario as thunderstorms and high winds move across southern and central Ontario.
300 customers in the Lucknow area should have the power restored before 5pm, along with over 100 customers in the Moorfield area, and more than 100 clients near Bayfield. There are also small outages in the Oliphant and Allenford areas that should be reconnected by 5pm.
Customers can report their outage by texting WATTS, online, or by calling 1-800-434-1235
People are reminded to stay clear of any fallen power lines. If you spot a fallen line, keep at least 10 meters back, even if it does not appear to be live. Report it to the police and call Hydro One at 1-800-434-1235.
