Dropping anchor in small-town Wisconsin: Algoma welcomes first cruise ship

The Viking Polaris arrived Friday in Algoma, Wisconsin, making its only stop in the state on the ship’s 15-day Great Lakes excursion tour between Duluth and Toronto.
