Gun may have been fired during London road rage incident

London police are investigating a road rage incident that may have seen shots fired at a vehicle in the southeast end of the city.

According to police, two men became involved in an aggressive driving incident in the area of Thompson Road and Adelaide Street around 10:30 p.m. on Sunday. As the vehicles continued north into the area of Egerton and Terrance streets, one of the vehicles pulled up beside the other and the driver fired what appeared to be a handgun at the other vehicle.

The suspect vehicle, described as black four-door sedan with dark tinted windows – similar to an Acura TLX, was last seen heading north toward the intersection of Egerton Street and Hamilton Road, police said.

No injuries or damage has been reported.

Investigators were in the area of the alleged incident canvassing for witnesses from nearby homes on Monday. They are asking people in the area to check for video surveillance that could assist in the investigation.
