Obituary – Judith Chandler

JUDITH CHANDLER

Judith Maureen Chandler (née McIlreavy) of Kincardine passed away on Jan. 2, 2022, surrounded by family, at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre – Walkerton, in her 75th year.
Beloved wife of Robert Chandler.
Loving mother of Rebecca (Dan Domjanic) and Ryan (Tiffany Carter) and her step-children, Cindy (Kevin McLeod), Cheryl (Brian Smith), Jeff (Carol Phillips) and Christine (Larry Dargie).
Cherished and loved grandmother of Ava and Hunter Domjanic, plus seven step-grandchildren and 10 step-great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by her parents John and Elizabeth (née Fowler) McIlreavy and her twin brother Joe McIlreavy.
Judith will be fondly remembered by her family, the residents at 4 South Brucelea Haven and her many friends.
A special thank you to the staff at Brucelea Haven and Walkerton hospital for all their kindness.
A private family service was held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home in Kincardine on Friday Jan. 7, 2022, with Rev. Gord Dunbar officiating.
Spring interment Kincardine Cemetery.
A celebration of Judith’s life will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations in Judith’s memory to Brucelea Haven in Walkerton, the Heart and Stoke Foundation or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
