The Thames Valley District School Board has identified several new confirmed or probable cases of COVID-19 at area schools.
Mosa Central Public School and Victoria Public School in London each reported one possible case, while Glendale High School has increased to six total.
Straffordville Public School has declared an outbreak.
“Only those staff and students who have been identified as a close contact will be notified and advised to stay home from school and quarantine,” the school board said in a news release. If a child is not a close contact of the possible case they are not considered to be at risk.
There are currently 59 active cases identified at Thames Valley schools. The current list can be found at the TVDSB website.
