PHOTOS: National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

Canada’s first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation was observed throughout the London region. Indigenous communities and their supporters came together to honour the children who attended former residential schools, including two in Southwestern Ontario, and to reflect on their painful legacy. The walks, marches and ceremonies also celebrated Indigenous communities and culture and challenged the country to work toward reconciliation with First Nations. Read More
